Okay. I'm looking at my personal profile (number of posts, posts per day, etc) and there is "Referrals: 1"

Can anyone tell me what that means?

I think it means the number of people who used your referral during registration. It could be done by a special link to this site that you may have given out, or them entering your username during registration. If I'm correct then, at the moment, there's a member here who was referred to this site by you.
